摘要
传统低温燃烧垃圾焚烧炉的水冷膜式壁表面可通过堆焊不锈钢来提高其耐腐蚀作用,但存在二噁英排放超标的问题。可见,在水冷膜式壁表面堆焊不锈钢已不能满足高温耐蚀的要求。由此,本文提出采用堆焊高温合金来解决此问题。
The surface of water-cooled membrane on low temperature combustion incinerator can improve its corrosion resistance by surfacing stainless steel, but there is a problem of excessive dioxin emission. It can be seen that the surfacing of stainless steel on the surface of water-cooled membrane can not meet the requirement of high temperature corrosion resistance. Therefore, it was suggested that hardfacing alloy be used to solve this problem.
