摘要
新中国成立以来,我国社会主义市场经济体制改革实践经历了局部探索、机制调整、体制建立和完善、制度形成的不同发展阶段,改革开放前的实践探索为改革开放提供了物质基础、宝贵经验、理论准备。每一阶段的生成和发展都是历史逻辑、实践逻辑、理论逻辑的辩证统一,都紧密围绕社会主义和市场经济相结合展开。社会主义市场经济体制上升为基本经济制度,是党对改革开放以来一以贯之坚持社会主义市场经济改革方向的继承和创新,在强调基本制度稳定性、长期性、原则性的同时,在实践中要求更好地阐明和凸显社会主义市场经济体制的制度属性,在解放和发展生产力的同时,维护好社会公平正义,实现效率和公平的辩证统一。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s socialist market economic system reform has experienced different stages of development,including partial exploration,mechanism adjustment,system establishment and improvement,and system formation.The practical exploration before the reform and opening up provides material basis,valuable experience and theoretical preparation for the reform and opening up.The formation and development of each stage is the dialectical unity of historical logic,practical logic and theoretical logic,which is closely around the combination of socialism and market economy.The rise of the socialist market economic system to the basic economic system is the party’s inheritance and innovation of persistently adhering to the direction of socialist market economy reform.While emphasizing the stability,long-term nature and principle of the basic system,it is required to better clarify and highlight the institutional attributes of the socialist market economic system in practice,liberation and development of the productive forces and the social fairness and justice are both important,the social should achieve the dialectical unity of efficiency and fairness.
