摘要
该文基于幼小衔接背景调查大班幼儿的自我管理能力现状,具体包括幼儿基本的自理能力、初步的情绪管理能力和初步的自我组织能力。随机抽样360名幼儿,发现幼儿在自我管理能力方面存在若干问题,并从幼儿园层面出发,就提升幼儿自我管理能力提出策略与建议。
Based on the transition from early childhood education and care to primary education, this paper investigates the status quo of self-management ability of children of 5~6 years old, specifically including"children’s basic self-care ability,preliminary emotional management ability and preliminary selforganization ability". Through random sampling of 360 children,we found some problems in children’s self-management ability,and put forward strategies and suggestions for improving children’s self-management ability from the perspective of the kindergarten.
