摘要
利用结垢速率计算公式,结合隧道工程条件,建立了非岩溶地区隧道排水管堵塞模型,并分别用于计算既有和新建隧道的排水管堵塞时间。结果表明:对于既有隧道,模型计算结果与实际情况接近,验证了模型的有效性;对于新建隧道,要使排水管20 a内不堵塞,6 mol/L NH4Cl溶液冲刷溶蚀加速14 d后初支混凝土的钙离子溶出率不应大于0.032%。
Considering tunnel engineering conditions, we proposed a blockage model of tunnel drainage pipe in the non-karst area based on the calculation of calcium carbonate fouling rate. The model was used to calculate blockage time of the drainage pipe for existing and under construction tunnels. For existing tunnel, the calculation result of the model is close to the measured results, thus verifing the validity of the model. For under construction tunnel, in order to prevent the drainage pipe from being blocked within 20 years, Ca^(2+) leaching rate of primary support concrete subjected to 6 mol/L NH4Cl solution eroding for 14 d should not exceed 0.032%.
