摘要
在油气田后期开采过程中,随着油田产出水的不断增加,易成垢钙离子大量存在于油田采出水中,这样容易导致工业设备的使用寿命大幅度降低,造成经济损失。因此,解决碳酸钙结垢问题在现代工业生产中非常重要。在研究碳酸钙垢溶解问题上,利用新型T-Z除垢剂来进行碳酸钙的溶解实验研究,在不同浓度的pH环境、不同的震荡时间、不同的温度下,采用失重法计算出碳酸钙垢的除垢率。实验数据得出碳酸钙垢在2 g T-Z除垢剂、0.4 g Z-H助剂、震荡时间为6 h的环境中除垢率效果最为显著,能达到75.43%。碳酸钙垢除垢率在反应温度30℃时达到最大,除垢率随着震荡时间的增加有所提高。
In the later stage of oil and gas field development,as the produced water of the oil field continues to increase,there are a great deal of easily formed scale calcium ions in the oilfield produced water,which easily leads to a significant reduction in the service life of industrial equipment and even the loss of the national economy.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of calcium carbonate scaling in modern industrial production.In this paper,based on the study of the dissolution of calcium carbonate scale,the new TZ detergent was used to carry out the dissolution study of calcium carbonate scale.The weight loss method was used to calculate the calcium carbonate scale removal rate under different pH,oscillation time and temperature conditions.The results showed that,when 2 g T-Z was used as scale remover,0.4 g Z-H was used as additive and oscillating time was 6 h,the scale removal rate was the highest and reached 75.43%.The scale removal rate of calcium carbonate scale reached the maximum at 30℃,and the scale removal rate increased with the increase of the oscillation time.
