摘要
完整坚硬岩石对TBM掘进影响巨大,基于传统钻爆法与TBM工艺相结合,进行单孔及多孔试验获取合适的爆破参数,依托正常掘进TBM洞段,在刀盘前方采用爆破方法制造裂隙,改变围岩条件,研究以松动爆破方式辅助TBM掘进效率提升的影响度。分两阶段展开的试验无论是爆破区域围岩变化分析结果,还是TBM实际掘进过程验证,均获得具有一定价值的技术参数积累及研究指向;但整体研究仍停留在较为初始的范畴,因此,本文对该项技术的推广应用与后续科研工作开展提出展望。
The intact hard rock has a great influence on TBM excavation. Based on the combination of traditional drilling and blasting method and TBM technology,the single hole and multihole tests are used to obtain appropriate blasting parameters. Relying on the normal excavation of TBM tunnel section,the blasting method is used in front of the cutterhead to make cracks,change the surrounding rock conditions,and explore the loose blasting method to assist the improvement of TBM excavation efficiency. The test carried out in two stages,whether through the analysis of the change of surrounding rock in the blasting area or the verification in the actual excavation process of TBM,has obtained a certain value of technical parameter accumulation and research direction,but the overall research is still in the initial scope,therefore,some prospects for the application of this technology and the subsequent research work are also put forward in the paper.
