摘要
针对完整坚硬岩隧道地质特征,总结了TBM施工所面临的风险和挑战,并提出了应对措施和方法。研究表明,通过对刀盘刀具、TBM结构等进行适用性设计,可以一定程度提高TBM刀盘刀具的耐磨性及TBM结构的稳定性,提高设备使用寿命;通过增大TBM推力储备,可以增大TBM掘进贯入度,从而提高掘进速度;通过合理选择TBM掘进参数、科学的设备维护保养、提供良好的作业环境等,可以一定程度提高TBM施工利用率及掘进效率。
According to the geological characteristics of complete hard rock tunnel,this paper summarized the risks and challenges faced by TBM construction,and put forward the countermeasures and methods.The research shows that the wear resistance of the cutter and the stability of the TBM structure can be improved to a certain extent and the service life of the equipment can be improved through the applicability design of the cutter and TBM structure.By increasing TBM thrust reserve,TBM penetration can be increased to improve the driving speed.Through reasonable selection of TBM tunneling parameters,scientific equipment maintenance,and providing a good working environment,TBM construction utilization rate and tunneling efficiency can be improved to a certain extent.
