摘要
针对5308工作面回采至470 m处工作面45#~67#支架前方顶板破碎、煤壁片帮现象,导致工作面回采速度慢、支架移架困难、支架工作阻力不足等,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采;本文合理分析了工作面顶板破碎机理,并根据实际生产情况,对工作面顶板及煤壁提出了注浆加固技术,通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the phenomenon that the roof in front of the working face 45#~67#support is broken and the coal wall is sliced from 5308 working face to 470 m,which leads to slow mining speed,difficult support moving and insufficient support working resistance,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face.This paper reasonably analyzes the roof crushing mechanism of the working face,and puts forward the grouting reinforcement technology for the roof and coal wall of the working face according to the actual production situation.Through the practical application effect,remarkable application effect has been achieved.
