摘要
针对急倾斜煤层容易出现设备下滑的问题,以西山鸿兴煤业某工作面为研究对象,调整工作面的架溜,适当控制增减架,并对割煤、推溜、拉架和移架等工艺进行优化,将支架的下滑控制在一定范围内。通过现场实际应用,结果表明:优化后的工艺使安全开采条件得到很大地改善,工人劳动强度得以降低,平均月产量由0.55万t提高到1.16万t,采出率由82%提高到91%,取得了较好的经济效益。
In view of the problem that equipment sliding is easy to occur in steeply inclined coal seams,taking a working face of Xishan Hongxing Coal Industry as the research object,this paper adjusts the frame sliding of the working face,appropriately controls the increase and decrease of frames,and optimizes the coal cutting,sliding pushing,frame pulling and frame moving processes to control the sliding of supports within a certain range.Through field application,the results show that the optimized process greatly improves the safe mining conditions,reduces the labor intensity of workers,increases the average monthly output from 5500 t to 11600 t,and increases the recovery rate from 82%to 91%.
