摘要
以贵阳市普通国道国土空间控制规划为背景,通过调研贵阳市经济社会与运输发展现状,从宏观和微观2方面分析贵阳普通国道建设中存在的道路等级低、技术指标低、通行效率低、与城市内部交通干扰、影响过境交通等问题,结合贵阳路网体系发展面临的条件和需求发展特征以及城市发展规划和土地利用规划,采用“四阶段”预测法、定性和定量相结合等方法,对道路本身及周边的路网进行交通流量预测。通过套图叠加,对贵阳市国道国土空间控制规划进行整合与调整,提出了普通国道路线调整的方案—环线方案,确定国道路线走向及技术指标。根据路网功能定位,通过国道路线调整,有效提高了国道通行效率、完善区域大通道、提高城市道路服务水平。
Based on the national territory control planning of ordinary national highway in Guiyang City,the existing problems of ordinary national highway construction,such as low-grade highway,low technical indicators,low-efficiency traffic,disturbance of urban traffic and transit traffic,were analyzed from both macro and micro aspects by investigating the development status of Guiyang′s economy,society and transportation.Considering the conditions and demand development characteristics faced by the development of the Guiyang road network system,as well as urban development planning and land use planning,the"four-stage"forecasting method,qualitative and quantitative methods are combined to forecast the traffic of the road itself and the surrounding road network.Through the superimposition of sets of maps,the national road and land space control plan of Guiyang City was integrated and adjusted,and the general national road line adjustment program-the ring line program was proposed,and the national road line direction and technical indicators were determined.According to the functional positioning of the road network,through the adjustment of national road lines,it can effectively improve the efficiency of national roads,improve regional channels,and improve the service level of urban roads.
