摘要
生产实习是培养煤化工专业学生工程实践能力不可或缺的实践教学环节,也是训练工科学生创新思维的重要途径。本文分析了化工生产实习所面临的困难,将以配煤-炼焦-煤气净化-甲醇生产为产业链的煤焦化仿真实训系统引入化工生产实习过程,开展“仿真软件实训-仿真模型操作-工厂现场实习”三阶段虚实结合的实习教学模式的改革与实践,优化考核机制,着力提高化工专业的生产实习教学效果。
Production practice is an indispensable practical teaching link to cultivate the engineering practice ability for students of Coal Chemical Engineering.It is also an important way to cultivate innovative thinking for engineering students.The difficulties in chemical production practice were analyzed,and the coking chemistry simulation training based on the industrial chain of coal blending,coking,purification of coking oven gas and methanol production was led into the chemical production practical teaching.The reform and practice for the three-stage teaching mode of simulation software training,simulation model operation and factory field practice with“virtual-real combination”and optimization of assessment mechanism were carried out to improve the teaching effect of production practice for chemical engineering students.
