摘要
针对化工专业实验中实验装置体积大、流程复杂、物料和设备损耗大、化学物料易燃和有毒等特点,自主研发了20余套化工专业实验教学虚拟仿真软件,并实现了虚拟仿真实验教学资源共享。按照虚实结合、能实不虚的原则构建了高度仿真的虚拟实验环境,提供了可靠、安全和经济的实验项目。虚拟仿真实验实现了真实实验难以完成的教学功能,提高了学生的计算动手能力和解决实际工程问题的能力。
Aiming at large volume and complicated processes of the experimental devices of chemical engineering, the great wastage of the material and equipment, flammable and toxic of chemical materials, etc. , multi-set chemical virtual simulation software is self-developed, which realizes the sharing of virtual experiment teaching resources. According to the combination of virtuality and reality, a highly simulated virtual experiment environment is constructed. It provides a reliable, sa^e and economic experiment project, has realized the teaching function which is difficult to finish, and improves the students' calculation ability and the ability to solve practical engineering problems.
