摘要
以凹凸棒土原土(NA)为原料,采用NaOH和CS_(2)为黄原酸化剂,以MgSO_(4)为稳定剂,改性制备了黄原酸基凹凸棒土(XA)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和粒度分析对其微晶结构、表观形貌和粒度分布进行了表征;以NA和XA对亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟废水进行吸附试验,结果表明,XA具有良好的吸附脱除性能,且吸附处理后吸附剂沉降快速,固液分离简便,处理后残余亚甲基蓝的质量浓度为0.5800 mg·L^(-1)。
Xanthated-Attapulgite(XA)was prepared by using attapulgite as raw material,NaOH and CS_(2)as xanthan acidifier,and MgSO_(4)as stabilizer.The crystallite structure,apparent morphology and particle size were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and particle size analysis;the adsorption test of methylene blue(MB)simulated wastewater was carried out with Natural Attapulgite(NA)and XA.The results showed that XA has good adsorption removal performance.The sedimentation is fast and the solid-liquid separation is simple and the adsorbent after adsorption treatment.The concentration of residual methylene blue after the treatment is 0.5800 mg·L^(-1).
