摘要
通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、XRD等手段分析了来自苏皖的 12个凹凸棒石粘土矿床的组分 ,表明按凹凸棒石主要矿物组合可划分成 6种矿石类型 ,并根据分析结果选择了凹凸棒石型矿石来制取纯样。提纯是用EDTA络合、碳酸钠洗涤、离心及微孔滤膜过滤等步骤相继除去矿石中的碳酸盐、非晶蛋白石、石英等。所得样品纯度经XRD和透射电镜检验评价 ,纯度大于 98%。
Through the analysis of the mineral components of 12 sites of palygorskite clay deposits in Jiangsu and Anhui by SEM, TEM, XRD, it is illuminated that the main minerals composition of the ores can be divided to 6 types. According to this analysis results, the ore of palygorskite type is selected to preparing the pure palygorskite sample. The impurities of carbonate, amorphous opal, quartz etc. are removed successively by the steps of soda washing, EDTA (Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) complex, centrifuging, micro-pore film filter etc. The purity of pure palygorskite prepared is evaluated and more than 98% according to the results of XRD and TEM investigation.
