摘要
为了克服当下智能变电站光纤链路测量效率低下的缺点,文章设计了一种变电站光纤链路在线诊断监测系统与继保光纤智能测试仪。光纤链路在线监测系统由分布式智能诊断中心和在线监测后台组成,具备光口发送功率实时测量、在线监测及状态诊断功能,能直接对运行设备、停运设备实时开展测试,实现智能电子设备(intebligent electronic device,IED)光口发送功率全寿命周期的在线监测诊断;继保光纤智能测试仪实现了对停运设备光口接收灵敏度的多通道、高精度、自动化一键式测试。在动模实验室对开发出的实物样机进行了系统测试,测试结果验证了该在线诊断监测系统与继保光纤智能测试仪系统功能的有效性。
In view of the low efficiency of optical fiber link measurement in smart substation,the online intelligent diagnosis and monitoring system and intelligent optical fiber tester for relay protection are proposed.The online diagnosis and monitoring system is composed of distributed intelligent diagnosis center and online monitoring system,which has the functions of optical port power measurement,online monitoring and status diagnosis.And it can directly carry out the real-time testing of the operating equipment and out-of-service equipment,so as to truly achieve the online monitoring and diagnosis of the whole life cycle of optical port power of intelligent electronic device(IED).The intelligent optical fiber tester for relay protection realizes the multi-channel,high-precision and automated one-click testing of the optical receiver sensibility of out-of-service equipment.A prototype was developed,and the system was tested in the dynamic model laboratory.The test results verify the effectiveness of the functions of the proposed monitoring and test system.
