摘要
                
                    碳纤维增强复合材料是典型的各向异性材料,在铣削加工过程中极易出现毛刺、撕裂等缺陷。以碳纤维增强复合材料最常用的菠萝铣刀为研究对象,进行碳纤维增强复合材料不同进给速度及切削距离下的切削形貌试验,并进行了数字化表征,基于表征结果,研究了切削缺陷产生的机理,分析了刀具结构设计对加工质量影响,为碳纤维增强复合材料高效、低损伤加工提供理论基础。
                
                Due to Carbon fiber reinforced composite material is a typical anisotropic material,burr and tear are easy to appear in the milling process.Taking pineapple milling cutter which is the most commonly used carbon fiber reinforced composites as the research object,the cutting morphology of carbon fiber reinforced composites under different feed rates and cutting distances was tested.Based on the characterization results,the mechanism of cutting defects is studied,and the influence of tool structure design on machining quality is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for efficient and low damage machining of carbon fiber reinforced composites.
