碳纤维增强复合材料铣削加工中PCD刀具磨损研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)切削加工中刀具磨损严重的问题,采用PCD立铣刀对平纹织物CFRP进行铣削试验,分析其刀具磨损形态及刀具磨损对铣削加工的影响。试验表明:PCD立铣刀在切削行程达到4.6m时,槽切削区上表面的毛刺明显增多;PCD刀具的主要磨损形态包括树脂粘附、磨粒磨损和成块剥落破损等形态,其中成块剥落破损最为明显,为CFRP刀具材料的选择和刀具磨损的研究提供参考。 In the view of the tool wearing problem during the cutting of the carbon fiber reinforced composites(FRP),the slot milling testes on plain-woven carbon fiber-reinforced composites were conducted using a PCD tool. The wear patterns of the cutter and the influences of tool wear for milling were analyzed. The results show that the burrs would be increase dramatically after the cutting strokes reached 4.6 m. There were three types wear patterns of the PCD tool,such as epoxy-bonded,abrasive wear and largely wastage,especially the largely wastage.This research would be provide a reference for the selection of tool materials and the studies of the tool wear.
