摘要
目的评价超声骨刀在下颌复杂阻生智齿拔除术中的效果及应用。方法收集2018年2月至2019年8月在我院行下颌复杂阻生第三磨牙拔除术的患者80例(共80颗患牙),分为试验组(40例)和对照组(40例),分别采用超声骨刀联合涡轮钻和涡轮钻拔除患牙。比较2组手术时间、术中患者心理状态、术后72 h疼痛程度、开口度、面部肿胀等指标。结果试验组手术时间(17.2±1.8)min,对照组手术时间(18.5±2.2)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组术中心理状态好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后72 h试验组的疼痛程度、张口受限及面部肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用超声骨刀拔除下颌复杂阻生第三磨牙,可改善患者就医体验,缓解术后并发症,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and application of piezosurgery in the extraction of mandibular complex impacted wisdom teeth.Methods Eighty orthodontics patients who underwent extraction of mandibular complex impacted wisdom teeth in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(40 cases)used piezosurgery combined with turbine drill to remove the impacted mandibular wisdom teeth and the control group(40 cases)just used simple turbine drill.The operation time of the two groups,the psychological state of the patients during the operation,the degree of pain in 72 hours after surgery,the degree of opening,and the swelling of the face were compared.Results For the average operation time of the experimental group(17.2±1.8)min and the control group(18.5±2.2)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The experimental group was better than the control group in intraoperative psychological state,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The pain,limited mouth opening and facial swelling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 72 h after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of piezosurgery to remove the mandibular third molar can improve the patient′s medical experience,reduce complications and has a good clinical effect.
