摘要
                
                    运用GSES一般自我效能感调查问卷、连榕等编制的大学生学习倦怠测量问卷、戴可和缴润凯(2009)编制的就业压力调查问卷对高职生进行测量,考查高职生就业压力、学习倦怠、一般自我效能感之间的关系。通过对调查数据的统计与处理得出一般自我效能感、就业压力和学习倦怠之间的关系显著;一般自我效能感、就业压力对学习倦怠均有显著的直接影响,一般自我效能感在就业压力对学习倦怠的影响中起部分中介效应。
                
                Through GSES general self-efficacy questionnaire,learning burnout questionnaire of college students compiled by Lian Rong,and employment pressure questionnaire compiled by Dai Ke and Jiao Runkai(2009)to measure vocational college students,this paper examines the relationship among employment pressure,learning burnout and general self-efficacy of vocational college students.Through the statistics and processing of the survey data,it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between general self-efficacy,employment pressure and learning burnout.And general self-efficacy and employment pressure have a significant direct impact on learning burnout,and also it plays a partial mediating role in the impact of employment pressure on learning burnout.
