摘要 对国际护士会发布的2019版《灾害护理核心能力》指南进行详细解读,旨在为我国灾害护理核心能力建设、灾害护理管理和灾害护理教育提供借鉴。 This article interpreted the“Core Competence of Disaster Nursing”(2019)issued by the International Council of Nurses(ICN)in detail,to provide references for developing core competencies consturction of disaster nursing,disaster nursing management,and disaster nursing education in China.
