摘要
随着新课改和素质教育的不断推进,德、智、体、美、劳全面发展得到了更多的关注。在体育课程中,定向越野逐渐走进了课堂。定向越野集健康和智慧为一体,对运动员的耐力和智力都有一定的要求,成了很多高校的新兴“宠儿”。该文以高校定向越野教学为核心,了解定向越野及其所具有的体育教学优势,并探讨借助定向越野以提高学生身体素质的策略,以期促进高校体育教学质量的提高。
With the development of new curriculum reform and quality education,more attention has been paid to the overall development of morality,wisdom,physical and social,and good work.In the physical education course,orienteering gradually entered the classroom.Orienteering,which integrates health and intelligence,has certain requirements for athletes'endurance and intelligence,and has become a new"favourite"of many colleges and universities.In this discussion,we take the orienteering cross-country teaching as the core,understand the orienteering and its advantages in physical education,and explore the strategies of orienteering to improve the students'physical quality,in order to promote the improvement of the quality of physical education in colleges and universities.
