摘要
试验研究铬镁联合补充对鲤鱼生长、健康及糖代谢酶活性的影响。随机选取初始体重为(52.36±4.85)g的450尾鲤鱼,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鲤鱼。试验期8 w。各组鲤鱼日粮中Cr^(3+)、Mg^(2+)添加水平为0.8 mg/kg Cr^(3+)和600 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(低镁低铬组)、3.2 mg/kg Cr^(3+)和600 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(低镁高铬组)、0.8 mg/kg Cr^(3+)和3000 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(高镁低铬组)、3.2 mg/kg Cr^(3+)和3000 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(高镁高铬组)以及不添加Cr^(3+)和Mg^(2+)(对照组)。结果显示,低铬低镁组鲤鱼生长指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。除高镁高铬组外,其他试验组血糖(GLU)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,低铬低镁组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。除高镁高铬组外,其他试验组鲤丙酮酸激酶(PK)、葡萄糖激酶(GK)和6-磷酸果糖激酶(6-PFK1)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组鲤葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G6P)和果糖1,6二磷酸酶(FBP)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),低镁低铬组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧基酶(PEPCK)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,低剂量铬镁联合补充可以促进鲤生长,降低血糖,提高肝胰脏抗氧化能力,提高糖利用能力。
The experiment studied the effect of combination of chromium and magnesium supplementation on growth performance,health and hepatopancreas glycometabolism-related enzyme activities of common carps.450 common carps with an initial weight of(52.36±4.85)g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates in each group and 30 carps in each replicate.The test period was 8 w.The added levels of Cr^(3+)and Mg^(2+)of basal diets in each group were 0.8 mg/kg Cr^(3+)and 600 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(low magnesium and low chromium group),3.2 mg/kg Cr^(3+)and 600 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(low magnesium and high chromium group),0.8 mg/kg Cr^(3+)and 3000 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(high magnesium and low chromium group),3.2 mg/kg Cr^(3+)and 3000 mg/kg Mg^(2+)(high magnesium and high chromium group)and no Cr^(3+),Mg^(2+)(control group).The results showed that the growth indexes of carp in the low chromium and low magnesium group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Except for the high magnesium and high chromium group,the blood glucose(GLU)levels of the other test groups were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,low-dose chromium-magnesium supplementation can significantly increase the activity of liver and pancreas superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and glutathione catalase(GSH-Px),significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.05).Except for the high magnesium and high chromium group,the activities of carp pyruvate kinase(PK),glucokinase(GK)and 6-phosphofructokinase(6-PFK1)in the other test groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The activities of carp glucose-6-phosphatase(G6 P)and fructose 1,6 bisphosphatase(FBP)in the group carp were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The activity of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPCK)in the low magnesium and low chromium group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that low-dose chromium-magnesium supplementation promotes carp growth,reduces blood sugar,improves liver and pancreas antioxidant capacity,and improves sugar utilization.
