摘要
通过引入阳离子单体,加大带负电的粘土对聚羧酸的静电吸附以达到屏蔽或减少粘土对聚羧酸减水剂插层吸附的目的,从而降低聚羧酸减水剂对粘土的敏感性,保持其对水泥的分散效果。实验表明最佳工艺为:酸醚比为3.5,引发剂用量为1.0%,还原剂用量为0.5%,链转移剂用量为0.6%,改性阳离子单体用量为1.5%,反应温度为常温,滴加时间为2~4小时,滴加完成后保温1~2小时。通过对比试验证明所得到的抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂具有一定的抗泥效果。
The electrostatic adsorption of negatively charged clay to polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be increased to reduce the intercalation adsorption of clay to polycarboxylate superplasticizer by introducing cationic monomer, so as to reduce the sensitivity of polycarboxylate superplasticizer to clay and maintain its dispersion effect to cement. The results show that the optimum process is as follows: acid-ether ratio is 3.5, initiator dosage is 1.0%, reducing agent dosage is 0.5%, chain transfer agent dosage is 0.6%, cationic monomer dosage is 1.5%, the reaction temperature is normal, drop time is 2-4 hours, after the drop is finished, heat retention is 1-2 hours. The results show that the anti-clay polycarboxylate superplasticizer possess a certain anti-clay effect.
