摘要
本文选择目前市场上3种较具代表性的聚羧酸外加剂,针对12个不同厂家品种的水泥样品,进行水泥净浆流动度和有关混凝土性能试验,比较聚羧酸外加剂与不同水泥的相容性;同时,在水泥不同熟化时间和不同温度状态条件下,对掺用聚羧酸外加剂的水泥净浆和混凝土性能变化进行了试验研究。根据试验结果,聚羧酸外加剂在拌制水泥浆尤其是混凝土的性能表现,受所用水泥品质和使用时水泥的温度影响。
For studying the adaptability ofpolycarboxylic admixtures to varieties of cement, some paste and concrete experiments were conducted with three different polycarboxylic admixtures and twelve cement samples. And cement samples at deferent temperature conditions and at deferent out-mill aging time statuses were also tested. The results show that The performances of polycarboxylic admixtures for producing pastes ,especially for concretes, depend on cement varieties and their temperature statuses.
