摘要
支气管扩张症(支扩)是一种慢性气道疾病,其特征是反复发作的呼吸道感染和气道进行性的病理性扩张。支扩作为第三大常见的慢性气道疾病,存在许多未知问题待研究解决。2020年,在国内外呼吸学界的共同努力下,支扩研究领域取得了许多重大突破。本文通过回顾分析2020年支扩领域的相关文献,聚焦支扩发病机制、诊断、分型以及治疗等问题,对支扩领域前沿基础及临床研究进行概述。
Bronchiectasis is a chronic airway disease characterized by recurrent respiratory infections and pathological dilation of the airways.As the third most common chronic airway disease,bronchiectasis has many unclear aspects,which need to be solved by scientific research.In 2020,with the efforts of researchers in respiratory field,many major breakthroughs have been achieved in bronchiectasis research.Review focuses at the literature concerning the etiopathogenesis,diagnosis,clinical types and treatment of bronchiectasis published in 2020.
