摘要
目的探究在下颌角铣骨整形术中应用三维CT技术对改善下颌肥大及并发症、满意度的影响。方法对本院收治的136例下颌肥大患者均应用三维CT技术辅助下的下颌角铣骨整形术治疗,观察对改善下颌肥大及并发症、满意度的影响。结果136例下颌肥大患者手术均成功,术后三维CT复查,容貌较术前显著改善,面部轮廓较为流畅;与术前三维CT重建测量结果相比,术后左右两侧下颌角角度、下颌平面角度显著增大(P<0.05);有一例出现轻微出血并发症;总体满意度评分较高。结论在下颌角铣骨整形术中应用三维CT技术,能为手术提供有效参考依据,对保障手术效果,改善下颌肥大、面部外观有积极作用,且并发症较少,患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional CT technology on the improvement of mandibular hypertrophy,complications and satisfaction in mandibular angle osteoplasty.Methods A total of 136 patients with mandibular hypertrophy were treated with mandibular angle osteoplasty assisted by three-dimensional CT technology,and the effects on improving mandibular hypertrophy,complications and satisfaction were observed.Results All 136 patients with mandibular hypertrophy were successfully operated.The postoperative three-dimensional CT reexamination showed that the appearance was significantly improved compared with that before the operation,and the facial contour was smoother.Compared with the preoperative three-dimensional CT reconstruction measurement results,the postoperative mandibular angle and mandible The plane angle increased significantly(P<0.05);one case had minor bleeding complications;the overall satisfaction score was higher.Conclusion The application of three-dimensional CT technology in mandibular angle osteoplasty can provide an effective reference basis for surgery,and has a positive effect on ensuring the effect of surgery,improving mandibular hypertrophy and facial appearance,with fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction..
