摘要
建立基于QuEChERS-三重四极杆气质联用法(GC-MS/MS)同时检测蓝莓中192种农药残留的分析方法。根据基质和农药性质结合QuEChERS方法考察提取条件和净化方法,利用程序升温进样分析。结果表明,在浓度5~500μg/kg基质标曲内各农药组分相关系数均大于0.99,浓度在20~100μg/kg范围内加标回收率在76.8%~109.1%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.7%~24.9%之间,192种农药检出限在0.24~300.5μg/kg之间。该方法快速、简便、可靠,适用于检测蓝莓中多农残,满足蓝莓实际样品的检测需求。
A simultaneous detection method of 192 pesticide residues in blueberry was established using QuEChERS-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS). The extraction conditions and purification methods were investigated based on QuEChERS method according to the properties of the matrix and the pesticides, and the chromatographic conditions were optimized. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of all the pesticides were above 0.99 within the concentration range of 5 μg/kg to 500 μg/kg;the spiked recovery rates were between 76.8 % and 109.1 % within the concentration range of20 μg/kg to 100 μg/kg;the relative standard deviations were between 1.7 % and 24.9 %;the detection limits of the 192 pesticides were between 0.24 μg/kg and 300.50 μg/kg. This method is quick, simple and reliable, which is suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in blueberry.
