摘要
茶叶深加工能充分利用夏秋茶和中低档茶,有效提升产业附加值,是解决茶产业产能过剩的有效途径,茶叶有效成分的生物技术利用也是产业发展的技术趋势。本文通过定量和定性相结合的专利文献计量法对茶产业深加工信息技术进行挖掘分析,呈现茶产业深加工技术发展现状,探讨茶产业深加工未来技术发展走向。
The deep processing of tea can make full use of summer and autumn tea and medium and low-grade tea,effectively enhance the added value of the industry,which is an effective way to solve the excess capacity of the tea industry,and the biotechnology utilization of tea active ingredients is also the technological trend of industrial development.In this paper,the quantitative and qualitative patent bibliometrics method is used to analyze the deep processing information technology of tea industry,present the development status of deep processing technology of tea industry,and discuss the future development trend of deep processing technology of tea industry.
