摘要
针对目前夏秋茶利用率较低及滞销的现象,总结了夏秋茶品质及利用方面的研究现状,探讨了发酵对夏秋茶品质的影响及微生物处理夏秋茶可行性分析,并指出提升夏秋茶品质4个方面的发展建议,旨在为今后夏秋茶发展提供思路,推动夏秋茶产业的良好发展。
Aiming at the current low utilization and unsalable phenomena of summer and autumn tea.The study aims to summarize status of summer and autumn tea quality and utilization and the influence of fermentation on the quality or the feasibility analysis of microbial treatment.and the development trend of 4 aspects of quality.Aiming to provide ideas for the future development of summer and autumn tea and promote the good development of summer and autumn tea industry.
