摘要
目的研究临床免疫检验质量控制的相关措施及对检验结果准确性影响。方法选2018年4月—2020年4月收治的200例免疫检验患者研究,均分为两组(随机法),对照组100例选用常规免疫检验,观察组100例在对照组基础上选用免疫检验质量控制,统计对比质量控制效果、检验结果准确性。结果观察组质量控制效果(98.00%)高于对照组(81.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组检验结果准确性(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05)。结论免疫检验中加强质量控制对提高检验质量有重要作用,可有效规避影响检验结果相关因素,确保检验效果准确性,可借鉴。
Objective To study the quality control measures of clinical immunoassay and its influence on the accuracy of the test results.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,a total of 200 immunoassay patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)respectively.Results the quality control effect of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(81.00%)(P<0.05).The accuracy of the test results in the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality control in immunoassay plays an important role in improving the quality of the test,which can effectively avoid the relevant factors affecting the test results,ensure the accuracy of the test results,and can be used for reference.
