摘要
目的探讨强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的作用。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月罗田县人民医院检验科在职的20名免疫检验工作人员进行研究,2022年5—10月行常规管理设为对照组,2022年11月—2023年5月实行强化免疫检验质量管理设为干预组,比较两组的检验质量评分、管理总满意率以及管理效果评分、敬业度评分。结果与对照组比较,干预组的检验质量评分、总管理满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组科室管理、患者服务与患者安全、急诊检验质量控制与持续改进、临床检验质量控制与持续改进、实验室质量控制与持续改进、生物安全与医院感染防控以及专科医疗质量与改进评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组基本需求、管理者支持、团队合作、自我成长评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化免疫检验质量管理能有效提升检验质量,获得更高的管理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of strengthening immunoassay quality management on the accuracy of clinical immunological testing.Methods A study was conducted on 20 immune testing staff members serving in the Department of Laboratory Medicine,Luotian County People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.Routine management was carried out from May to October 2022 as the control group,and strengthened immune inspection quality management was implemented from November 2022 to May 2023 as the intervention group.The inspection quality score,overall management satisfaction rate,management effect score,and engagement score of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had higher inspection quality score and overall management satisfaction rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher scores for department management,patient service and patient safety,quality control and continuous improvement of emergency testing,clinical testing quality control and continuous improvement,laboratory quality control and continuous improvement,biosafety and hospital infection prevention and control,and specialized medical quality and improvement compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher scores for basic needs,manager support,teamwork,and self growth than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the quality management of immune testing can effectively improve the quality of testing and obtain higher management satisfaction.
