摘要
目的探究基于影像储存与传输系统(PACS)联合案例教学法(CBL)在影像科规培带教中应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2018年1月—2019年12月期间影像科规培带教生总计54例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各27例,对照组接受传统教学法,观察组接受基于PACS系统联合CBL教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组带教生专业基础知识、阅片分析能力、报告书写能力评分均显著提升(P<0.05),观察组对教学方式满意度中教与学启发性好,高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而教与学互动性好、减少教学负担、提高读片鉴别能力、提高学习效果两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论影像科规培带教中应用基于PACS系统联合CBL教学法,能调动学生积极性,并提高学生临床实践能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL based on PACS in the teaching of image discipline training.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,54 students were randomly selected from our hospital.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,27 in each group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group accepted the PACS system combined with CBL teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of comprehensive reading and analysis ability,professional basic knowledge and report writing ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),The observation group pairs the teaching and learning are well instructive,higher than in the control group,The two group s differ statistically of significance(P<0.05),while teaching and learning good interaction,reduce the teaching burden,improve the identification ability of film reading,improve the learning It was compared between two groups with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PACS system combined with CBL in the teaching of imaging discipline training can arouse the enthusiasm of students and improve their clinical practice ability,which is worth popularizing in clinical imaging teaching.
