摘要
                
                    针对造纸厂污水站恶臭气体含硫化物和有机物的特点,本工程采用“碱吸收+次氯酸钠氧化+生物滴滤”组合工艺对其进行处理。该工艺处理后的废气中,非甲烷总烃、颗粒物、氨、硫化氢的排放浓度分别为6.6,13,1.26和2.52 mg/m ^(3),对应排放速率分别为0.031,0.062,0.006,0.012 kg/h,臭气值470,均满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)的排放要求。该工程固定投资65万元,运行费用434.7元/d。工程运行结果表明“碱吸收+次氯酸钠氧化+生物滴滤”组合工艺对造纸厂污水站除臭具有良好的处理效果和经济效益。
                
                According to the characteristics of odor gas which containing sulfide and organic compounds in the sewage station of papermaking plant,the combined process of"alkali absorption+sodium hypochlorite oxidation+Biotrickling filtration"was adopted to treat it.After treated by this process,the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon,particulate matter,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the exhaust gas were 6.6,13,1.26 and 2.52 mg/m^(3) respectively,and the corresponding emission rates were 0.031,0.062,0.066 and 0.012 kg/h.Besides,the odor was 470.All of the indexes meet the requirements of integrated emission standard of air pollution(GB 16297-1996)and the Emission standards for odor pollutants(GB 14554-1993).The fixed investment of the project is 650,000 yuan,and the operating cost is 434.7 yuan per day.The results showed that the combined process of"alkali absorption+sodium hypochlorite oxidation+Biotrickling filtration"has good treatment effect and economic benefit for deodorization of sewage station in papermaking plant.
