摘要
研究利用生物填料塔,循环厌氧消化液处理沼气中硫化氢的方法,结果表明:经富集驯化的脱硫微生物可以高效地去除S2-,在生物填料塔系统运行过程中,进气量为0.15L/min、循环液曝气量为1.5L/min、pH值为2~3、循环液喷淋量为1.8L/h、温度为(30±3)℃时系统的运行效果较优,在优化组合条件下运行系统,过程中不更新循环液,前5d硫化氢的去除率均保持在95%以上,6~8d仍保持在90%左右。
The article presented a process of removing H_2S by bio-membrane with circling anaerobic sludge,the result indicated that the desulfurize microbe enriched and cultured can remove S 2-high-efficiently,also during the running of bio-membrane,the amount of gas-inlet is 0.15 L/min,the aeration amount of circle liquid is 1.5 L/min,pH is 2~3,the sprinkling amount is 1.8 L/h,the temperature is(30±3)℃.Running the bio-membrane in the better condition without changing circle liquid,the desulfuriztion rate is over 95% in the first 5 d and about 90% in the 6~8 d.
