摘要
创新创业型人才是当前知识型社会的主要核心竞争能力,因此,研究创新创业教育理论,培养创新创业人才是现阶段高等学校教育系统发展的必然趋势,也是当前各行各业发展所需的核心人力资源。畜牧产业作为我国实体经济产业的重要组成部分,承担着我国社会经济发展的重要责任,畜牧产业的发展、壮大不仅能加快推进乡村振兴战略的实施,还能增加就业机会,对推动社会稳定发展具有十分重要的作用。因此,在此基础上,研究发展畜牧兽医专业创业型人才协同培养机制,通过分析当前创新创业人才培养机制所面临的发展困境,从而找出适合畜牧兽医专业创新创业型人才的培养模式,不仅是对畜牧养殖产业发展的一种人力资源支持,更是对我国农业创业型人才资源的支持。
Innovative and entrepreneurial talents are the main core competitiveness of the current knowledge-based society.Therefore,it is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education system at this stage to study the theory of innovative and entrepreneurial education and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and it is also the core human resources required by the development of all walks of life.As an important part of China’s real economy,animal husbandry industry bears the important responsibility of China’s social and economic development.The development and growth of animal husbandry industry can not only accelerate the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also increase employment opportunities,which plays a very important role in promoting social stability and development.Therefore,on this basis,it is necessary to study and develop the collaborative training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty.By analyzing the development difficulties of the current training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,it is necessary to find a suitable training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty,which is not only a kind of human resource support for the development of animal husbandry industry,It is also the support for the agricultural entrepreneurial talent resources in China.
