摘要
基层气象防灾减灾“六个一”标准化建设与防汛气象服务工作密切相关,“六个一”标准化建设是基层气象防灾减灾能力建设的重要抓手,是基层落实中国气象局业务技术体制重点改革的具体举措。按照“一本账、一张图、一张网、一把尺、一队伍、一平台”的要求,依靠基层气象防灾减灾数据集,将防灾减灾数据与雷达软件有机结合,进一步提升工作效率,提高防灾减灾气象服务能力,打造永州气象防灾减灾服务名片。
The"six ones"standardization construction of grassroots meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation is closely related to the flood prevention and meteorological service work.The"six ones"standardization construction is an important starting point for the construction of grassroots meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities,and it is the grassroots implementation of the China Meteorological Administration’s business technology specific measures for key institutional reforms.In accordance with the requirements of"one account,one picture,one net,one ruler,one team,one platform",relying on the grass-roots meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation data set,the disaster prevention and mitigation data and radar software are organically combined to further improve the work efficiency,improve the capability of meteorological services for disaster prevention and mitigation,and create a business card for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation services in Yongzhou.
