摘要
目的探析优质护理在慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析中的应用意义。方法结合研究目的对联勤保障部队第九00医院2019年11月至2020年11月收治的80例慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者开展分组试验,分组方法选择随机数字表法,对照组40例患者采取常规护理;观察组40例患者在常规护理基础上增加优质护理。完成护理后对比组间患者肾功能、生活质量、并发症。结果干预前组间肾功能指标(血肌酐、血尿素氮)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组肾功能指标均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组上述指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前组间生活质量各项分值(物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组生活质量各项分值均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组生活质量各项分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者开展优质护理,有利于改善患者肾功能,降低并发症的发生风险,可提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the application significance of high-quality nursing in hemodialysis of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 80 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure admitted to and treated in No.900 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected to carry out group experiments according to the research purpose.They were divided into the control group(with conventional nursing,n=40)and the observation group(combined with high-quality nursing based on the conventional nursing,n=40)according to the random number table method.After nursing,the renal function,quality of life(QoL)and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in renal function indices(serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen)between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the renal function indices of the two groups were all lower than those before intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the above indices in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the various scores of QoL(material life,physical function,psychological function and social function)between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the various scores of QoL in the two groups were all higher than those before intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the various scores of QoL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of high-quality nursing for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure is conducive to improving the renal function of patients,reducing the risk of occurrence of complications and increasing the QoL of patients.
