摘要
目的研究对尿毒症患者在血液透析期实施优质护理的效果。方法随机将2016年1月至2018年12月69例尿毒症患者分为2组,34例患者为对照组给予基础护理,35例患者为观察组给予优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组、对照组患者的护理满意度分别为88.57%、64.71%(χ2=5.5150,P<0.05);观察组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论对处于血液透析期的尿毒症患者实施优质护理能够有效减轻患者负面情绪,提升患者的满意度。
Objective to study effect of quality nursing on uremic patients during hemodialysis.Methods divide 69 cases uremic patients from January 2016 to December 2018 into two groups randomly,34 cases in control group were treated with basic nursing,35 cases in observation group with quality nursing.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results nursing satisfaction degree of observation and control group was 88.57%and 64.71%respectively(χ2=5.5150,P<0.05);anxiety and depression scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing can reduce negative emotions and improve satisfaction degree of uremic patients during hemodialysis period effectively.
