摘要
介绍了河钢邯钢邯宝炼铁厂两座3200 m^(3)高炉近年来环保改造的实际案例。通过优化除尘系统,加装颗粒物在线监测,铁水鱼雷罐加盖,重点区域封堵和料罐均压煤气回收等技术措施,减少了粉尘排放,减轻了大气污染,对改善空气质量起到明显作用,同时经济效益可观。
The environmental protection transformation actual cases about two 3200 m^(3) blast furnace in HBIS Hansteel Hanbao iron-making plant in recent years are introduced.By optimizing the dust removal system,installing on-line monitoring of particulate matter,capping the hot metal torpedo tank,plugging the key areas and recovering the pressure equalizing gas from the charging tank,the dust emission and air pollution are reduced,which plays an obvious role in improving the air quality and increasing obvious economic benefits.
