唐银高炉系统工艺设计特点及生产实践

摘要 唐银公司高炉系统本着经济高效、绿色发展的定位和深化设计、优化工艺的理念,在新建的两座1500m^(3)高炉中,采用6管新型冷却壁、三段式炉身结构等独特设计,以及炉顶均压煤气全回收、煤气干法精脱硫、新型底滤法渣处理、水渣蒸汽消白脱硫等一系列先进工艺。投产后,在顺利开炉达产的基础上优化调整高炉基本操作制度,两座高炉炉况稳定顺行,主要技术经济指标良好,实现了均排压过程中煤气的全部回收,提高了煤气资源利用率,脱硫系统整体运行平稳,脱硫效率达到设计要求,有效降低了含硫污染物的排放量,取得了显著的经济和环保效果。6管新型冷却壁和三段式炉身结构的使用效果显著,为高炉的长期稳定运行和高效生产长寿奠定了坚实的基础。从高炉炉体、均压煤气全回收、煤气脱硫和水渣消白脱硫等方面入手,对高炉冷却设备设计、炉身结构设计和环保工艺特点等方面进行了分析,有针对性地阐述了唐银高炉系统设计特点,及其对实现高炉生产经济长寿、高效低耗、安全环保的重要作用。 Based on the positioning of economic efficiency and green development,as well as the concept of deepening design and optimizing processes,Tangyin Company's blast furnace system has adopted unique designs such as a 6-tube new cooling wall and a three-section furnace body structure in the two newly-built 1500 m^(3)blast furnaces.And a series of advanced processes such as full recovery of gas under uniform pressure at the top of the furnace,dry fine desulfurization of gas,new bottom filtration method for slag treatment,and water slag steam de-whitening desulfurization.After commissioning,on the basis of smooth furnace opening and reaching full production capacity,the basic operation system of the blast furnace was optimized and adjusted.The furnace conditions of the two blast furnaces were stable and running smoothly,and the main technical and economic indicators were good.All the gas was recovered during the uniform pressure discharge process,which improved the utilization rate of gas resources.The desulfurization system operated stably as a whole,and the desulfurization efficiency met the design requirements,effectively reducing the emission of sulfur-containing pollutants.Remarkable economic and environmental protection effects have been achieved.The application effect of the 6-tube new cooling wall and the three-section furnace body structure is remarkable,laying a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation,efficient production and long life of the blast furnace.Starting from the aspects of blast furnace body,full recovery of pressurized gas,gas desulfurization and water slag de-whitening desulfurization,the design of blast furnace cooling equipment,furnace body structure design and environmental protection process characteristics were analyzed.The design characteristics of Tangyin blast furnace system and its important role in achieving economic longevity,high efficiency,low consumption,safety and environmental protection in blast furnace production were elaborated in a targeted manner.
