摘要
在当前国际形势日趋复杂的背景下,我国提出了"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进"的新发展格局,强调加强边疆经济建设,实现"兴边富民、稳边固边"。无论是从国内国际循环衔接角度,还是从区域协调发展角度,边疆地区都将成为国家今后重点发展的地区。边疆金融作为边疆经济体系中的一环,将承载更重要的理论与实践使命,因此,对当前学术界鲜有研究的边疆金融理论与实践问题进行深入探析是必要的,其探索的逻辑起点便是从理论上对边疆金融的概念、内涵与外延等内容进行初步界定,进而逐步形成边疆金融理论与实践体系,丰富区域金融研究的理论与实践内涵。
In the context of the increasingly complex international situation,China has put forward a new development pattern of"domestic cycle plays a leading role,domestic and foreign markets cab boost each other",emphasizing strengthening the economic construction of the border areas to realize"revitalizing the border,enriching the people and consolidating the border".Whether from the perspective of smooth domestic and international circulation connection,or from the perspective of economic development depression,the border areas will become the key areas of national development in the future.As a part of the frontier economic system,frontier finance carries a more important theoretical and practical mission.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the theory and practice of frontier finance rarely studied in current academic fields.The logical starting point is to preliminarily define the concept,connotation and extension of frontier finance theoretically,then form the theory and practice system of frontier finance gradually to enrich theoretical and practical connotation of regional financial research.
