摘要
目的:探讨穴位敷贴联合经穴推拿对颈椎病患者颈痛及活动度的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的90例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组实行穴位敷贴治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加经穴推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度、颈椎活动度及颈椎JOA评分。结果:观察组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分、NPQ评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、NPQ评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组颈椎活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组颈椎活动度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组JOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组JOA评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合经穴推拿可降低颈椎病患者颈椎疼痛,改善颈椎活动度,效果较为显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with meridian massage on cervical pain and range of motion of patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis who received treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the observation group was treated with meridian massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and range of motion of cervical vertebra and cervical vertebra JOA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than 71.11%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score and NPQ score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score and NPQ score in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the range of motion of cervical vertebra between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the range of motion of cervical vertebra in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,JOA scores in both groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with meridian massage can reduce cervical vertebra pain and improve the range of motion of cervical vertebra in patients with cervical spondylosis, and the effect is relatively significant.
