摘要
目的观察血栓通胶囊联合阿司匹林辅助治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年1月于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊的脑梗死患者88例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。2组患者均给予常规基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血栓通胶囊治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及血脂指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=8.494,P=0.002)。治疗后,2组患者神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均高于治疗前,且观察组降低/升高较对照组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血栓通胶囊联合阿司匹林可有效提升脑梗死患者的治疗效果,减轻神经功能缺损,同时可降低脑梗死血液黏稠度,改善预后,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong capsule combined with aspirin in adjuvant treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 88 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to January 2018. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional basic treatment. On this basis,the control group was treated with aspirin,and the treatment group was treated with Xueshuantong capsules on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects,neurological deficit scores and blood lipid index levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 95. 45%,which was higher than 72. 73% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 8. 494,P = 0. 002). After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 01). After treatment,the total cholesterol( TC),triacylglycerol( TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL) was higher than before treatment,and the decrease/increase of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xueshuantong capsule combined with aspirin can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with cerebral infarction,reduce neurological deficits,and at the same time can reduce the blood viscosity of cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
