摘要
桅杆是旋挖钻机施工中的关键部件,其结构稳定性直接影响旋挖钻机整机的稳定性及施工过程的安全性。以JS150旋挖钻机桅杆为研究对象,分析桅杆开裂和弯曲的主要部位,并应用有限元法对桅杆进行静力学分析,确定危险区域。在此基础上,对旋挖钻机桅杆进行优化设计,并通过有限元分析进行验证。
The mast is a key component in the construction of the rotary drilling rig,and its structural stability directly affects the stability of the rotary drilling rig and the safety of the construction process.Taking the mast of the JS150 rotary drilling rig as the research object,the main positions of the mast cracking and bending were analyzed,and the finite element method was applied to statically analyze the mast to determine the dangerous area.On this basis,the mast of the rotary drilling rig was optimized and verified by finite element analysis.
