摘要
钻杆接头螺纹加工后,需要安排铣削和钳工加工螺纹端部扣头部分,存在工序多、效率低、产品加工质量不稳定等问题。对此,提出一种数控车床车削加工钻杆接头螺纹扣头的新工艺。对这一新工艺的刀具运动轨迹进行了分析和计算,并进行了刀具选用。生产实践表明,采用数控车床加工钻杆接头螺纹扣头新工艺,加工出的螺纹扣头光滑、美观,加工质量稳定、效率高。
After the thread processing of the drill pipe joint,milling and fitter need to be arranged toprocess the buckle part of the thread end,which has many problems such as many processing steps,lowefficiency,and unstable product processing quality.In this regard,a new process for machining the threadedbuckle of the drill pipe joint by CNC lathe was proposed.The tool path of motion of this new technology wasanalyzed and calculated,and the tool selection was carried out.Production practice shows that when adoptingthe new technology for machining threaded buckle of drill pipe joint by CNC lathe,the processed threadedbuckle is smooth and esthetic,the processing quality is stable,and the efficiency is high.
