摘要
用数控车床加工斜椭圆,一般的指令编程难以完成其加工要求,因此必须采用宏程序进行指令编程,但宏程序的编程和计算具有较大难度。为了解决编程问题,对不同典型实例进行分析,采用三角函数角度编程法或极角编程法,解决了斜椭圆手工编程的难点,也为其他非圆曲线的编程提供借鉴。
When machining oblique ellipse with CNC lathe,it is difficult to complete the processing requirements by general instruction programming.Therefore,macro program must be used for instruction programming,but the programming and calculation of macro program are very difficult.In order to solve the problem of programming,this paper analyzes different typical examples,adopts trigonometric function angle programming method or polar angle programming method,solves the difficulty of oblique ellipse manual programming,and also provides reference for other non-circular curve programming.
