摘要
在经济全球化的推动下,我国许多企业为寻求可持续发展道路,运用全球经济视野走向跨国经营,但同时,跨文化经营的挑战与问题也逐渐显现。跨国企业如何实现高效的跨文化沟通,已经成为企业运营和发展的核心问题之一。本文通过对理论模型的构建,并根据文化距离对跨文化沟通的影响,提出了可能出现的四种跨文化沟通类型。同时尝试通过对跨文化沟通中遇到的问题、挑战及影响因素的分析,提出了跨文化沟通障碍的应对策略及控制沟通的模型。
Under the impetus of economic globalization,many enterprises in our country seek the path of sustainable development and use the global economic vision to move towards transnational operation.At the same time,the challenges and problems of cross-cultural operation have gradually emerged.How multinational companies achieve efficient cross-cultural communication has become one of the core issues in corporate operations and development.Based on the construction of a theoretical model and the influence of cultural distance on cross-cultural communication,this paper proposes four possible types of cross-cultural communication.At the same time,it tried to analyze the problems,challenges and influencing factors encountered in cross-cultural communication,and put forward the coping strategies of cross-cultural communication obstacles and the model of controlling communication.
