摘要
目的研究DCLK1和Snail在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析二者与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测DCLK1和Snail在60例三阴性乳腺癌及30例癌旁组织中的表达。结果DCLK1和Snail在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为50%、53.3%,癌旁正常组织中DCLK1和Snail的表达率为10%、6.7%。三阴性乳腺癌组织中DCLK1和Snail的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。组织学分级越高,DCLK1和Snail的表达率越高。有淋巴结转移组表达率高于无淋巴结转移组,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者。DCLK1和Snail在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达成正相关。结论三阴性乳腺癌组织中DCLK1和Snail均有表达,DCLK1可能调节Snail通过EMT促进侵袭、转移。
Objective To study the expression of DCLK1 and Snail in triple-negative breast cancer tissues and to analyze their relationships with clinicopathological parameters.Methods Immunohistochemical method was conducted to detect the expressions of DCLK1 and Snail in 60 cases of triple-negative breast cancer and 30 cases of adjacent tissues.Results The positive expression rates of DCLK1 and Snail in triple-negative breast cancer tissues were 50%and 53.3%,while the expression rates of DCLK1 and Snail in adjacent tissues were 10%and 6.7%,respectively.The expressions of DCLK1 and Snail in triple-negative breast cancer tissues were related to the histological grade,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.The higher the histological grade,the higher the expression rates of DCLK1 and Snail.The positive rate was higher in the group with lymph node metastasis than in the group without lymph node metastasis,and the patients with stage III to IV were higher than those with stage I to II.The expressions of DCLK1 and Snail in triple-negative breast cancer tissues was positively correlated.Conclusion DCLK1 and Snail are expressed in triple-negative breast cancer tissues.DCLK1 may regulate Snail to promote invasion and metastasis through EMT.
