摘要
目的分析心脏彩色多普勒超声(UCG)对于高血压性心脏病(HHD)的诊断价值。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月间枣庄矿业集团中心医院收治的HHD患者108例。以随机法为准,A组计入55例,予以UCG诊断;B组计入53例,予以心电图诊断。对比诊断效果。结果 A组的主动脉扩张率、左房增大率、主动脉弹性下降率、左室肥厚率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的左心室内径(LVDD)值、左心房/主动脉根内径(LA/Ao)值明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以病理报告书为准,A组的诊断准确率、敏感度(94.55%、97.96%)明显高于B组(62.26%、72.09%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),A组的特异度(66.67%)略高于B组(20.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为HHD患者采取UCG诊断能够检出患者心肌组织的异常表现,且能判断心功能变化,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography(UCG)in hypertensive heart disease(HHD).Methods A total of 108 HHD patients admitted to the Central Hospital of Shandong Energy Zaozhuang Mining Group from November 2018 to November 2020 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into group A(n=55,UCG)and group B(n=53,electrocardiogram).The diagnostic effect was compared between two groups.Results The aortic dilatation rate,the left atrial enlargement rate,the decrease rate of aortic elasticity,and the left ventricular hypertrophy rate were higher in group A than those in group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDD)and the left atrium/aortic root diameter(LA/Ao)in group A were higher than those in group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).According to the pathological report,the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity(94.55%,97.96%)in group A were higher than those of(62.26%,72.09%)in group B,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the specificity(66.67%)in group A was slightly higher than that of(20.00%)in group B,without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion UCG can detect the abnormal manifestations of myocardial tissues and judge the changes of cardiac function of HHD patients,which has high diagnostic value.
