摘要
目的:分析高血压性心脏病病人在心脏彩超与心电图联合诊断下的临床价值。方法:将2016-03~2017-03在我院接受治疗以及检查的100例高血压性心脏病病人选为研究的对象,所有病人均接受心脏彩超以及心电图的检查,并对比分析其检查的阳性检出率。结果:心电图的阳性检出率(60.00%)略低于心脏彩超的阳性检出率(75.00%),但联合使用方案的阳性检出率(90.00%)却均高于心电图以及心脏彩超,且其两两对比之间的结果均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虽然采用心电图与心脏彩超对高血压性心脏病病人进行检查都具有较为可观的准确性以及敏感性,但是心脏彩超较心电图具有略微的优势;尽管如此,其两者联合使用的方法却又均较其单一应用的检查方式更具有敏感性,且准确性也更胜一筹。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:The March 2016~2017 year in March for treatment and examination of 100 cases of hypertensive heart disease were selected as the research object in our hospital,all patients underwent echocardiography and electrocardiogram examination,and comparative analysis of the positive rate of the examination.Results:The positive rate of electrocardiogram(60%)is slightly lower than the positive rate of echocardiography(75%),but the combination scheme the positive rate(90%)were higher than that of electrocardiogram and echocardiography,and between the 22 results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although the use of electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound examination of patients with hypertensive heart disease with considerable accuracy and sensitivity,but the heart has the advantage of color Doppler ultrasound compared with ECG slightly;however,the combined use of the two methods were compared with the single application and examination method has more sensitivity and accuracy is better.
